SHIPPING
Hearth Works Fireside Systems, Inc. will do everything to ensure that your
order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. It
is, however, your responsibility when the order arrives to thoroughly
inspect the product has not been damaged during the shipping process.
Items shipped by common carrier truck to a residential or business address
without a loading dock will be curbside delivery only in which the customer
is responsible in unloading the product off the truck. Liftgate service
is available at checkout in which the driver will take the product off the
truck at curbside. Terminal pick-up is also an option. Call if you are interested
in White Glove Service. Inspect the shipment for any indication of external
damage. If no visible damage is present, remove the packaging and inspect
the contents for any physical damage while the delivery driver is still
present. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate it with
detailed description on the delivery receipt. If you sign the delivery ticket
without making note of any damage, the merchandise becomes your property
and a damage claim is almost impossible to make. Items shipped by UPS/FEDEX
with damage, visible or not, must be reported to our customer service department
(1-866-226-4028) immediately for any recourse; otherwise the merchandise
becomes your property. If the damage is severe politely refuse the shipment.
RETURNS
Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. All returns require
a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by calling our customer service department
(1-866-226-4028). All defective returns handheld on a repair/replacement
basis only. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for Return Shipping Charges. No shipping charges
can be refunded. All items must be returned in new, unused and resalable
condition inside its original packaging. Any item that has been used or
installed can not be returned. Any item special or custom ordered, bought
on clearance, cannot be returned. Items returned without an RA # will
be refused. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item.
PRIVACY
Hearth Works Fireside Systems, Inc. believes that your personal information,
including your purchase, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses,
and telephone numbers, belongs to you. We will use this information to
complete your purchase. We do not sell, freely distribute, or otherwise
share your information with any other party. We make every effort to keep
your personal information confidential. Information provided in a purchase
or in a request for information will also be used to contact you with
news or of our products or any special promotions we have.

Fireside Systems, Inc. reserves the right at anytime to update or revise

terms and conditions. By continuing to use this website following any
changes to its terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those
changes.

with accurate data, but the posibility of errors does exist. The content
of this website is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed
or implied. Hearth Works Fireside Systems, Inc. agrees that the laws of
the State of New Hampshire will apply to all matters arising from or relating
to the use of this website, whether for claims in contract, tort, or otherwise,
without regard to conflicts of laws principles. You and Hearth Works also
agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue
of the Hillsborough County, State of New Hampshire Court system.
