We purchased our Sunsetter Awning from Hearthworks Fireside Systems in North Reading, MA. At the time of installation Brian W and Rick informed us that they didn’t think it was possible to install the awning due to the construction of our home. Of course, we were very disappointed; but after many phone calls to their main office and due to their expertise, they came up with a solution and clearly explained to us what their plan for installation was going to be. On May 19, 2016; Brian W and Rick returned and installed our Sunsetter Awning. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of their workmanship and their willingness to work with us.

The installation was done efficiently and quietly in less than one hour. All debris was removed and a detailed explanation re: the operation of the awning was provided. The SunSetter has allowed me the ability to utilize my deck throughout the day which was previously impossible due to strong sunlight from approximate 9:30-3pm.”
